Expression of Interest – Medical Administration and Receptionist

Qualifications:

·      Previous experience in medical reception or administrative roles is advantageous.

·      Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), database software, and other relevant tools.

·      Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

·      Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

·      Experience in answering incoming calls

·      Proficiency or willingness to learn Medicare, Clinco, and other relevant tools.

To Be Considered, You Should Have:

·      At least 6 months of experience as a receptionist or administrative officer

·      Full working rights in Australia.

·      A professional and positive attitude.

·      Tech-savviness to adapt to digital platforms efficiently.

·      Motivated to learn tools you may not have experience with.
