A very professional organisation that provides a great short list of candidates that has led to the successful appointment of two CEO’s.

I was put forward for a position after only a phone interview. I was short listed by the firm that I interviewed with and was phoned the night of my interview by Maree to let me know I had been short listed. The unusual part of that? It was probably about 6:30pm. I am still waiting on hearing from HR people who have promised to call from several years ago. If Harvest treat everyone like this, they are a cut above the rest.

When I reflect back on my time as Board Chair at Barwon Health I realise that there is a huge difference between National recruiters and local recruiters . National Recruiters work for themselves. Maree works for her community.
