In the 2019 Geelong HR Index over 60% of the 120+ employers that were surveyed said their leadership was either satisfactory or needed development. This leaves plenty of room for improvement of leadership capabilities within our region.
Harvest has responded to this need adding Leadership Training, Coaching, Mentoring and Facilitation to its offering.
Organisations either take a more formal approach to addressing developing leadership competencies through an “Emerging Leaders” or “Developing Leaders” program or seek bespoke workshops and support on a more intermittent basis to develop their company’s leaders.

In a time of rapid change due to COVID-19 and information coming in thick and fast from multiple areas, it was valuable to have these sessions available.
