Cadet Valuer

The Company:

Our client has been long established across the west of Victoria, even growing in Adelaide and Mt Gambia as the premier commercial property valuer for the area.

With further growth of their teams they are looking for a couple of cadet valuers to join them in Warrnambool and Portland.

The Role:

As part of your part to accreditation as a property valuer, you will need to complete 2 years of work as a cadet before moving in the RPV or CPV.

Assist in commercial valuations of properties from hotels, pubs, and industrial sites to huge farmlands and all in between!

You:

Should have either completed a Bachelor in Property, or, be currently studying your Bachelor to be eligible for the role.

Have a positive attitude with a proactive initiative.

Eye for detail and a good understanding of the property market.
