Sarah has extensive recruitment management experience and is skilled in managing large and SME business contracts, filling high volume general labour needs and low volume specialised roles in addition to putting teams in place, on and off site to fulfill client recruitment contracts.

Tanya Derrett-Houghton Careers Specialist

Tanya has over 13 years’ experience in helping people understand and define their next steps.

Tanya has worked with people across the employment life cycle at organisations including Deakin University, the Gordon and through Harvest, delivering a range of careers and transition solutions aimed at helping people plan for the future or transition through significant professional change.

Tanya holds Graduate Diplomas in both Management Communication and Career Development and a Diploma in Project Management.


Meredith Telfer Careers Specialist

Meredith is a highly-experienced learning specialist with vast experience across careers coaching, mentoring and leadership training.

Meredith holds a Diploma of Teaching, Graduate Diplomas in Pastoral Counselling and Education (Careers), Certificate IVs in Training & Assessment and Leadership & Management and is certified as a Master Trainer (The Centre of Excellence) and Organisational Coach (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership).

Ashleigh Durham HR & Recruitment Administrator

With a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Ashleigh brings seven years in HR administrative support in the recruitment industry. She has seven years in the sector and has been accustomed to being the sole administrator responsible for providing coordination, administration and office management support for a team of 11 executive recruitment consultants. Ashleigh plays a key support role, assisting with responding to candidate queries, CV formatting, arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts for temp employees as well as various administrative duties.

Lyn Mellsop Talent Development and Leadership

With over 20 years’ experience in HR, Lyn is a highly accomplished HR Professional with global experience across some immensely challenging corporate environments in both Australia & Asia Pacific.

Her background showcases that she is a trusted generalist, business partner and leader with a strength and passion in talent management, cultural change, people leadership, coaching and performance management.

Lyn has extensive Talent Management experience including building processes around talent identification, observing and assessing talent, succession planning, career planning and leadership development. She is very passionate about seeing people grow and develop and go on to have meaningful careers.

She has a reputation for building strong relationships across all levels of business, a consultative style and a commercial pragmatism to deliver successful business goals and outcomes.

Seamus Guinan Associate Consultant

Seamus is an Associate Consultant at Harvest Recruitment, specialising in sourcing exceptional talent across the Barwon South West.

Originally from Warrnambool, Seamus recently graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HR and management.
