Building Leadership Capabilities | HR Roundtable
Harvest HR & People Solutions are proud to be partnering with The Geelong Small Business Festival for the 8th year to bring you this HR Roundtable.
About the event
This masterclass will focus on the changed emphasis and challenges of leadership when we are all working remotely, and still finding our ‘new normal’.
More than ever leadership begins with self-leadership. We will discuss tools and strategies to keep yourself at your best, while also leading others.
- Resetting and redefining what success looks like for you and your team
- Embedding work practices that give clarity, consistency and build a strong culture of trust and empowerment
- Understanding the importance of boundaries
- Confidence and consistency with accountability, commitment and results
- Creating and nurturing a team environment that connects and engages your team (no matter where you are all working)
As we all work in these ‘blended’ home environments, we face challenges in different ways. There will be time in the second half of the workshop to explore actual leadership problems you are facing. If you’d like to send in a problem or challenge that could be explored with the group, please email [email protected] with an outline.
