Jen Mullen is a Senior Project Manager for WorkSafe Australia and was involved in and lead the implementation of their new HRIS System: SAP SuccessFactors.

Jen has over 10 years’ experience in project management and leading project initiatives. A highly competent professional with a proven track record in managing successful

projects and building supportive key stakeholder relationships. Jen sees opportunity in every challenges and is driven to find creative solutions to achieve the best outcomes.

 

Nikki Sorensen is the People & Culture Manager at Plan Group

 

Andrew Burn is Project Director at GMHBA, leading the organisation’s implementation of  Workday across HR, Finance, and Payroll. With a background as Head of Finance, Andrew brings a strong focus on business performance, governance, and aligning enterprise systems with strategic outcomes.

He draws on extensive finance experience across business planning, reporting, and compliance, and understands firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with modernising core systems in a complex, regulated environment.

 

Andrew Mifsud is a People & Culture Leader at the Surfcoast Shire with over over 25 years’ experience shaping resilient, high-performing organisations across government and private sectors . Known for his ability to align people initiatives with strategic objectives, he brings expertise in workforce planning, enterprise bargaining, change management, and leadership development.

Andrew has led inclusive, future-focused programs that elevate organisational performance, engagement, and wellbeing. His career spans pivotal roles in healthcare, environmental stewardship, and local government, where he has developed engagement strategies and driven successful organisational transformations.

Andrew holds a Master’s in Organisation Dynamics and a Bachelor in Psychology, combining psychological insight with practical HR expertise. He is passionate about building cultures where people thrive – and where meaningful change is not just planned, but achieved.
