About Our Presenters:

Brett Ince is the Executive Director of Tourism Greater Geelong and The Bellarine, the Regional Tourism Organisation spanning from Werribee to Barwon Heads including Geelong, The Bellarine Peninsula and Southern Golden Plains. Brett returned to the region to take up this role three years ago, having held the position of state-wide Director Tourism and Visitor Experience with Parks Victoria.

Brett grew up in the region and commenced his tourism career 18 years ago with Geelong Otway Tourism.

Brett graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Politics and Policy (MPP) all from Deakin University.

Maree Herath is the Director of Harvest Talent Recruitment and People Solutions; a full employee lifecycle HR services firm.

She founded the company in 2009 when she returned to Geelong after 20 years abroad as she was keen to showcase best practice in recruitment locally and provide a complete HR offering to the region’s employers.
