Emerging & Developing Leaders Program | HR Masterclass
About this Event
Did you know…
Over two thirds of Geelong Employers report their leaders as either needing development or only satisfactory. This leaves plenty of room for improvement.
In a recent Geelong HR Roundtable on Employee Engagement, Surf Coast Shire’s Head of HR, Leanne Perryman mentioned that the Shire’s key to success was an “unapologetic commitment to developing our leaders.”
The first Geelong HR Masterclass for 2020 has secured facilitator, Danielle Cerantonio.
If you are committed to developing your leadership team in 2020 this is a not to be missed masterclass.
Participants will discover:
- What is an Emerging Leaders and what is a Developing Leaders Program
- What are the key learning pillars within each
- A typical program syllabus
- What is the ROI of Leadership Programs
- How do I identify the core competencies within my organisation and how our leaders stack up
- What are key leadership behaviours and how can we assess the behaviours and gaps in our ourganisation
- Unpack coaching/leadership approaches to supporting the development of leaders
Danielle will be joined by Harvest’s HR & People Solutions Leadership Coaches, Facilitators and Mentors to allow ready access to subject matter experts throughout the Masterclass.
