Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Customer Solutions Team Leader, this Senior Customer Solutions Consultant is the next level up to the contact centre agents. This role will be fast paced so will suit an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated contact centre agent.


  • Coaching and providing feedback to contact centre agents
  • Process improvements
  • Develop and amending work instructions
  • Be on the phone que when required
  • Be the chosen lead in the absence of the Team Leader and/or Manager

About You

As a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant, you will come from a contact centre background and be ready to pick up the phone without hesitation. Previous experience in a leading role is desirable but not essential. You will have excellent communication skills and possess a high degree of initiative. Equally, your written skills will be an excellent standard to ensure your ability to write and articulate work processors fluently. With an eye for detail, you will be able to coach and lead other contact centre agents to achieve business KPI’s.

Energy and Gas experience essential.
