GMHBA is an Australian not-for-profit health insurance and care company, and is embarking on an exciting program of change that will modernise and improve the way we deliver for our members, customers and patients. We are looking for an experienced Program Director to join us and lead this change.
As the Program Director, you will lead and deliver a program of work that will provide significant transformation, enabling a seamless customer experience for our people and those we serve, across multiple technology platforms. These include CRM, telephony, webchat, workflow, and full marketing automation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 15 years of project management expertise, with demonstrated experience in having successfully led and completed +3 CRM deployment/replatforming programs and cloud migration initiatives.
- A proven track record in driving change for optimal platform utilisation and value realisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and experience managing external vendors, demonstrated familiarity with Sales & Service technology ecosystems, including Telephony, RPA/Automation, Martech, Data & Analytics.
- Experience that extends to highly-regulated sectors, such as APS, Finance, and Healthcare, showcasing excellent diplomacy skills and a proven ability to cultivate and sustain interpersonal and professional relationships.
