Our client is Australia’s largest, independently owned record management and storage company, based here in Geelong. Servicing some of the Australia’s biggest names in health, legal and government sectors, an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Data Analyst to join the tight knit team.
About the role:
As the primary liaison for the company, reporting to the Operations Coordinator, your role will involve promptly and efficiently meeting customer needs. Your responsibilities will include daily reporting, coordinating operational activities such as order importation, efficiency reporting, and continuous process improvement efforts.
You will also be tasked with creating revenue forecasting reports and supplying clients with essential inventory and disposal reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. Property maintenance is another crucial aspect of your role, where you’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment in the warehouse, office, and yard at all times.
You should come with an analytical mindset and the capability to thrive under pressure. As a proactive individual, you’ll be driven and motivated to advance within the company.
While comprehensive training will be offered, a solid understanding of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, is a requirement.
Possessing a strong understanding of ISO90001, a degree in IT or Data Analysis would also be beneficial but not required.
