GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION This newly created role is a dual/hybrid role and will support two senior managers in a dynamic and energetic organisation

Due to an internal movement, a newly created hybrid/dual role now exists for an experienced Finance/IT Assistant to join this fun and dynamic team – with an immediate start. This new, rare and extremely exciting opportunity is a permanent full time position with an attractive salary on offer. A detailed hand over & additional training will be provided to the successful incumbent. You will most likely be an experienced office manager, all-rounder and eager for your next challenge or a step up.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Be professionally presented and spoken
  • Demonstrated IT (intermediate) and Finance experience
  • Understanding of accounts payable and collections processes
  • End to end Payroll
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Financial End of Month processes
  • BAS Calculations and lodgement
  • Possess a confident telephone manner
  • The ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Be highly motivated, adaptable and flexible
  • Possess a high attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and experience with MYOB is highly preferable

Main Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Team support, basic IT Support & Set up
  • Vendor Supplier management
  • Software research, demos and upgrades
  • Liaise with IT Support Suppliers to resolve Level 2 and above IT issues
  • Resolve Level 1 IT related issues
  • New starter setup and on-boarding support
  • Office systems and procedures
  • Contractor management
  • Prepare Contractor Agreements for execution
  • Compliance in CRM
  • Payroll
  • Processing invoices
