Our client is a national engineering and industrial contractor that has a diverse project pipeline in industrial, water, oil and gas assisting clients on turnarounds, green/brownfield projects, installations, demolitions and commissioning works. With further works planned, we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified piping engineers who could be available from March 2025.
The majority of your time will be spent performing piping design, engineering, calculations and pipe stress analyses using CAD, Isometrics or Caesar II software.
Other tasks include static stress analysis, critical piping line analysis and nozzle load calculation, and performing piping and plant design activities extending to material selection, wall thickness calculation, stress analysis, standard support drawing and valve data sheet preparation.
A tertiary qualified engineer, you bring solid experience in piping engineering and pipe stress analysis preferably from oil, gas, refining, petrochemical or heavy processing industries.
