GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION We seek enthusiastic reception, accounts officers (AP/AR) and administrators for Harvest’s temp desk.

·      Receptionist

·      Accounts Officers (Accounts Payable /  Accounts Receivable)


·      Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is advantageous.

·      Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

·      Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Database Software, Quickbooks or MYOB financial systems and other payroll packages

·      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·      Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


To be considered:

·      You will have at least 6 months experience as an Receptionist or Administration Officer and 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable

·      Full working rights in Australia
