GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION We seek enthusiastic reception, accounts officers (AP/AR), Payroll and administrators for Harvest’s temp desk.

  • Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Database Software, Quickbooks or MYOB financial systems and other payroll packages
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To be considered:

  • You will have at least 6 months experience as an Receptionist or Administration Officer and 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable or Payroll
  • Full working rights in Australia
