Digital Roles – Senior Developer & Conversion Specialist

Location: Geelong, VIC (Hybrid and Flexible Working Opportunity) | Full-Time

Are you a tech professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re recruiting for a growing Software Development company in Geelong, and we’re looking for talented digital specialists from West Melbourne and surrounding areas. We have two exciting opportunities – one focused on back-end development and the other on data conversion & customer onboarding. The roles include:

Senior Developer

  • Lead back-end development using C# and REST APIs.
  • Maintain and enhance our WinForms applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and support project delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Conversion Specialist (Data Migration & Customer Onboarding)

  • Own end-to-end data onboarding for new customers using SQL Server & SSIS.
  • Build, execute, and validate high-risk data conversions, ensuring accuracy and control.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Drive process improvement and mentor peers in best practices.

Essential Skills Across Both Roles

  • Strong technical expertise in your domain (C# / REST APIs / WinForms OR SQL/SSIS/data conversion)
  • Proven problem-solving, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
