Harvest Talent Recruitment’s Office Support division continues to be called on by a host of employers in the Geelong region for phone/desk based customer service specialist roles.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Entering information into proprietary CRM software/databases
- Responding to client enquiries, providing assistance and support and escalating as necessary
- Providing information and collateral to clients as required
- Preparing documents and file management
Individuals with an excellent phone manner, ability to work with a range of telecommunications systems and advanced database/data entry and document management skills will be highly suited. All opportunities are office based and our clients seek office based experience. Individuals from the hospitality and/or fast food outlets, on this occasion, will not be considered.
