Masters qualified this Human Resources professional brings over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, holding regional and group head roles across retail, manufacturing, property, financial services, media and entertainment industries. This candidate brings extensive experience in developing and implementing contemporary people frameworks, systems and processes to drive employee attraction, retention, performance, development and engagement. Her specialist experience and skills cover Recruitment, EVP design and Employment Branding, Learning and Development, Organisational Development and Design, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Occupational Health & Safety, Reward and Recognition, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Planning and Culture and Change Management.

Sr HR Business Partner/HR Manager – Salary circa $90,000

Degree qualified and currently undertaking her Masters in Employee Relations, this candidate cut her teeth in a generalist HR role in health with additional responsibilities for rehabilitation and return to work. She has worked as a HR consultant to the education sector addressing recruitment, retention, change management and employee relations. As HR Business Partner in the public sector she championed a cultural change program and case managed many long-term ill and injured workers in addition to performance management and terminations. Most recently she has worked in the manufacturing sector in autonomous roles responsible for HR management of manufacturing sites. Whilst her scope has covered all facets of HR, this candidate has honed her expertise further as industrial relations lead for the region.

 Talent Acquisition Specialist – Rate $65 per hour

With a Diploma in HR Management, this candidate brings more than 15 years’ experience working across agency and in-house roles across diverse sectors such as DHHS, Finance and Insurance, Defence, Agribusiness and Professional Services. She is a competent 360 degree recruiter who can take volume assignments through to placement, onboarding and induction. This candidate will hit the ground running, be quick to gain rapport with internal stakeholders and deliver the recruitment needs for the organisation.

HR Consultant – Rate $62.50 per hour

This candidate brings a Bachelor of Business – HR Management and Tourism and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment.  She forged her skills in HR – particularly in organisational design, workforce planning recruitment and change management – at Target during a time of significant change. Since 2015 she has taken on a number of HR consulting roles providing recruitment, employment, payroll and generalist HR support.
