Operations Manager – Sophisticated Manufacturing Environment (Melbourne/Geelong)
With a Bachelor of Engineering with a manufacturing and engineering management major, this candidate comes well regarded by his peers in the automotive sector. He brings further skills and qualifications including Lean Learning Academy, Leadership & Change Management, Value Stream Re –Engineering and Six Sigma (Green Belt). His manufacturing prowess comes in metal stamping, casting and sub-assembly environments with his main strength is seeing opportunities for efficiency improvement and minimisation of waste but also being able to deliver and make it happen. His automotive experience serves him well and he has inherited a great attitude towards the importance of safety, zero defects with strong and standardised processes in place.

Compliance Manager – Consumer Appliances, Electrical, Tools and Hardlines (Melbourne/Geelong)
This gentleman relocated to Australia three years ago and in Europe worked with an international consumer brand regarded as “best in class” in terms of quality and reliability and regarded as a premium purchase in the consumer appliance market. Accustomed to managing a team of quality engineers he brings a high awareness of the need for compliance to international Safety Standards and ISO 60335 and will work with international standards bodies with regards to guidelines for products or product applications. He plays a key role in the R&D and the commercial release of new products and while qualified with a Masters in Engineering he chose business administration as a major so his next role will have compliance at its core with a strong innovative and commercial aspect as well.
Four weeks’ notice. Base Salary $120,000.
Retail Best Practice Benchmarker (Melbourne)
If you’re a retailer and want to know what it takes to be the best, this gentleman will show you how. MBA qualified our candidate has recently relocated to Australia from Duabi with Permanent Residency. He has a proven track record working with Marks and Spencer, Espirit, Toys R Us and ACE Hardware addressing operational risk, benchmarking against the top 20 retailers in the world and undertaking a commercial analysis to calculate his retailers’ proportional balance of market share. Additionally he undertakes consumer surveys to find out how the customer feels about a product and from here sets in place the necessary actions to ensure customer delight. His deliverables are compliance to standards, reducing substandard audit reports, customer complaints and achieving organisational efficiency.

Systems Development/Project Management Consultant – Part-time Contract (Geelong)
This gentleman has extensive experience in senior and executive management roles encompassing retail, manufacturing and business service organisations. He brings over 30 years’ experience in managing customer sales oriented organisations with specific skills in business administration and accounting systems and in development and management of IT Networks and Communications Systems within the SME sector. His past 12 years have been in providing innovative solutions in project management, product development, business communications and sales and marketing programs. The convergence of digital technologies in communications systems and the development of communication platforms for electronic marketing and information systems, particularly WiFi networks, have been a feature of projects. Working in both private and government funded projects, ranging from retail through to manufacturing, product development, waste management and innovation see this candidate well placed to assist your business.

Our candidate is moving from Melbourne to regional Victoria and is seeking an opportunity in the Geelong/Colac region. Studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in business law, she is a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant/Administration Manager with over 12 years senior experience across the private and public sector with highlights with one of Australia’s dominant retailers, a major consumer brand and a Top 5 Australian University.
