Our candidate is an industry qualified, high-level Business Development Professional who has had substantial exposure to the WA civil, mining and oil and gas sector, particularly from a contractor prospective. He brings many contacts within the industry, and substantial knowledge of the WA and QLD market. With a proven track record of expanding a company’s markets into new industries and landing major contracts with leading multinational companies. In addition to making sound connections, this candidate is well versed in tenders and expressions of interest submissions and making key presentations for new project opportunities. Four weeks’ notice. Salary $250,000 plus commission.


Site/Construction Manager – Commercial – Tier 1/Tier 2
This Site/Construction Manager brings vast project exposure that comes from working across a Tier One and Two environment. During his career in the building and construction industry; he gained a sound knowledge of all trades, having covered all types of building projects such as hospitals, schools, shopping centres, nursing homes, hotels, office developments, high rise luxury apartments, factory units, bridges, civil works and large group housing. Thriving on challenge this candidate is used to having a large number of projects under his control at the same time and is able to demonstrate the required organisation, time management and co-ordination abilities necessary to always complete the projects on time, to a high standard and within budget constraints. Available immediately $200,000 package, approx.


Enthusiastic Site Manager with Appetite for Success– Tier 2
This young site manager brings nine years’ site management experience with aspirations to reach project/construction management. Working for a mid-tier builder these last two years he has managed multiple projects at one time. All projects have been on, or before programme – two being 6 weeks ahead. He brings high dedication to the job; often working 24/7 to get a job completed ahead of schedule. His proactive approach to management combined with a lot of forward planning are main reasons for his ability to push a job along. Strong site management expertise partnered with exceptional sub-contractor management skills, this candidate’s a “must have” for your team. Four weeks’ notice. $110,000 – $120,000 base salary.


Senior Contracts Administrator
Tertiary qualified in Construction this candidate brings 10 years’ experience in contracts administration in the commercial construction sector working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Firms. His responsibilities cover subcontract & materials procurement (including letting of client Provisional Sums), compilation and issue of subcontract contractual documentation, valuation of subcontract & client variations, management of the RFI/TQ process, document control, monthly progress claims, financial & project reporting, time management, quality control, Occupational HS&E, preparation of EOT claims, mentoring and management of the CA Team. Available within 2 weeks. Salary $150,000 plus superannuation


Investment Sales Consultant/Manager
Tertiary qualified in business with an MBA this candidate has worked in the property and real estate market for over 12 years. As Sales Consultant he has developed and maintained company Contact Management Systems, built customer relationships, provided limited general financial advice on managed investment products and developed strategies to sell off the plan products. He has been awarded Top Sales Consultant (Sales) for major apartment projects with apartment values ranging from $500,000 – $3.5 million.  As Manager he has managed teams comprising 15 sales, six marketing and four customer support staff. With an OTE of $200,000 – $300,000 he would anticipate a similar package comprising, salary, retainer and bonus.
