Tertiary qualified in Construction this candidate brings 10 years’ experience in contracts administration in the commercial construction sector working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Firms. His responsibilities cover subcontract & materials procurement (including letting of client Provisional Sums), compilation and issue of subcontract contractual documentation, valuation of subcontract & client variations, management of the RFI/TQ process, document control, monthly progress claims, financial & project reporting, time management, quality control, Occupational HS&E, preparation of EOT claims, mentoring and management of the CA Team.
