Highly qualified Maree has undertaken formal studies in Science (B.Sci) and Business (B.Bus), training (CertIV TAE) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ course with further professional development in economics, technology and leadership.

Maree has 30 years’ experience in industry, predominantly in the provision of recruitment and HR services across, Melbourne, Perth and Hong Kong with international recruitment firm, Hudson.

Maree is Director of boutique end-to-end HR services firm, Harvest (est’d 2009) and with her years working across diverse industries, on thousands of assignments, Maree brings the ability to hone on disciplines, sectors and capabilities very quickly.

Recently awarded the Geelong Business Leader of the Year, Maree is Past President of the Geelong Business Club, sits on the Cultural and Economic Development Pillar of G21, the Strategy and Policy Committee of the Committee for Geelong, the Board of Barwon Community Legal Services and has memberships to the Geelong Chamber of Commerce (Silver Partner) and AHRI – Australia’s Peak Human Resource body.

Louise Rau is a senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Business Parter, successful in diverse organisations; including not-for-profit, recruitment agencies and private enterprise. Recruiting across a range of industries and sectors with experience in Executive through to Leadership and Operations Lou works with clients and candidates to identify the key skills and competencies that enable people to perform with depth and capability in their world of work.

With over 5 years’ experience in Recruitment, working across a variety of industries across Australia, Hayley brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to researching and sourcing the perfect candidate for the job. With a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Ashleigh brings over 10 years experience in HR administrative support in the recruitment industry.

Well established in the sector, she has been accustomed to being the sole administrator responsible for providing coordination, administration and office management support for a team of executive recruitment consultants.

Ashleigh provides hands on coordination of all aspects of office management. It’s a diverse and active role ensuring the smooth running of operational, human resources, systems and administrative functions. She also provides confidential administrative, secretarial and project support to the Director.
